Dungdanji

 Everything that exists in the world is composed of four elements: origin(seed), ground, environment, and result.  For example, a bean seed (origin) meets the soil (ground), sprouts, takes root, and performs life activities in the environment. After a certain period of life activities, it bears the bean fruit (result) and concludes its life activities. The bean fruit (result) thus created then becomes a seed (origin) to continue the next life activities. Everything that exists in the world follows this principle.  Likewise, humans follow this principle. The human soul (origin) meets parents (ground), is born, and performs life activities in the environment. After a certain period of life activities, the soul (result), which has been changed through life activities, is resulted in, and the life activities come to an end. This transformed soul (result) becomes the soul (origin) for future life activities.

 Words refer to objects existing in the world or events occurring within it. In other words, facts exist in the world, and humans have given words to those facts as information about them.  Today, humans use words, but they have forgotten the true nature that those words refer to. Furthermore, humans have created words born of their own ideals—words that refer to nothing or refer to things incorrectly.  In human life, it is extremely important to properly understand the true nature of words. This is because, just as one must properly understand numbers in mathematics to perform calculations correctly, one must properly understand the true nature of words to correctly solve the problems encountered in life.
